  • A reply may take 1 to 10 business days, please check your spam folder and be patient; refrain from submitting another form
  • Approved: will receive an invoice with your project and appointment details
  • Denied: will receive a notice that your project was not selected for this booking period

“Do you do tiny, micro, super-fine single needle tattoos?”

  • No, the minimum sizing for each style of tattooing is outlined in the booking form
  • Generally, most fine-line works are a minimum of 3 to 4 inches

“I’m under 18, can I still be tattooed?”

  • Must be 18+, no exceptions

“Do you do cover-up projects?”

  • Only if I feel absolutely confident

“Can you do multiple tattoos in one appointment?”

  • Depends on the subject, placement(s) and your pain tolerance; feel free to input all your ideas in one booking form

“Are there placements and subjects you do not tattoo?”

  • Placements:  fingers, feet, genital areas and face, scars under two years old
  • Subjects: Other artists’ artwork without written permission, extreme hyper realism, neo-traditional, large palette of colours, tattoo design commissions

Will you tattoo other artists’ work?

  • Not without written permission

“How do consultations work?”

  • In person/online consults are to help navigate complicated or large scale projects; please write your request via the booking form
  • Not every project will need one, it highly depends on what needs to be achieved

“Will you be coming to _____ to guest?”

  • Primarily travel between Toronto & Victoria

“Can you touch up work that has been done by another tattooist?”

  • Depends on each case but please check in with your original artist first and foremost

“Do I need to tip?”

  • The tattoo industry is the same as any personal service industry; although not mandatory but always appreciated, please do what is best for you
  • Snacks, food, coffee and lattes as tip are also extremely welcome : )

DESIGN PROCESS:

“Are your flashes and customs repeatable?”

  • All flash and customs are non-repeatable unless stated otherwise

“What is your style? Do you specialize in anything”

Although certain subjects are favoured over others, please do not hesitate to inquire a project that is different from my portfolio; I enjoy most styles of tattooing

  • Tattooing: black-work, fine-line illustration and lettering, intermediate in color and traditional
  • Subjects: the natural world, childhood nostalgia, east Asian art & cultures, and memorial tattoos (signatures & handwriting)

“I’m not sure about placement yet, is that okay?”

Do not fret!
Based on your inquiry details, suggestions will be given via email beforehand and along with plenty of studio time to play with the placement(s) you’ve chosen!
  • 30 minutes included with every appointment to reach a desired outcome

This is one of my favourite parts of the tattoo process, it is fundamental that we take our time before the real deal!

If you are changing your mind after sending in a booking form, please let us know ahead of time for a proper discussion

“Can I see my design ahead of time?”

  • Generally, all final designs are shown at the start of your appointment with ample time for one small revision; most optimal as designs are translated better in person together
  • However, a final draft can be shown 48 hours before your appointment with one revision welcome, but needs to be requested via booking form. This will mean no revisions on the day of your appointment.

“I have an appointment, but can I change my design?”

    • If you change your mind on the day of your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation unless the impactful changes were discussed via email beforehand
    • Suggestion: If you are feeling unsure during the design process, let us know as soon as possible so we can help you out!

    • Pain may be subjective and varies person to person depending on both mental and physical factors

Menstruation generally causes more bleeding and pain for many; optional, but scheduling around your cycle can be more comfortable
