ALL CUSTOM, FLASH AND GENERAL INFO IS ON THIS PAGE.

Booking Form: all inquires taken via an external booking form, a reply may take 1 to 10 business days.
After Submission: Check spam folder for a Square invoice with project details, a careful estimate and expectations. Invoice is only open for 24 hours or 1 business day.
Finish Booking: If content with your quote, follow the instructions to secure the next available appointment date before the invoice closes. Any questions or concerns may be addressed via Square’s Messaging System.
Drawing Fees: A flat non-refundable fee is required to start on all projects, not deducted from tattoo session ( $50 to $150).
Revision Fees: A flat non-refundable fee of $25 to $35 for small necessary changes/tweaks.

Step Three: a confirmation email via kalustudio88 will be sent to finalize your booking appointment date

Booking Forms: flash and custom each have their own form that denotes each process
Availability: Wednesday to Saturdays - 10:00AM to 6:00PM (Sundays and Mondays are limited)
Hourly Rate: all projects require a minimum of $200+gst per hour
Non-Refundable Deposits: a 50% deposit is required and invoiced after approval, and will be deducted from total
Drawing/Revision Fees: these fees will not be deducted from the total session
Payments: all forms of payments are accepted; online and in person

Location: Black Cat Tattoo is located on (Google Maps) / 659 Johnson Street, V8W 2E8, BC lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) /// Downtown “Victoria”

accessibility: second floor studio with a wide staircase of ~15 steps and no elevator
18+ with no exceptions (I.D required at door)
parking: on street and parkades are within walking distance

Reschedule Policy: limited up to two reschedules if 72 hours of notice is given; third and subsequent will require a new deposit

20 Minute Grace: if you are running late, please give us a heads up via email to deter forfeiting your deposit

Large Projects: 5+ hour projects are usually given a discounted flat day rate after a free 30 minute consultation
