DEPOSIT POLICY:

All deposits and/or drawing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

• Cancellation: if you do not wish to follow through with your appointment at any given time, your deposit will be forfeited  

• Impactful Changes: if changes are requested to a booked project that are far from the original agreement, it will be considered a cancellation; a new deposit will be required for a new project  
  

• Illness/(Covid-19): any clear symptoms of sickness shown during the appointment may result in a cancellation, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your deposit  

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Reschedules require a minimum notice of 72 hours, a third reschedule and subsequent will require a new deposit

• Rates: may subject to change upon rescheduling multiple times or beyond from the original date
  
  

• No Shows & Grace Period: If you do not show up to your appointment or within the grace period of 30 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited. Accommodations are at the discretion of the artist, especially if no genuine attempts of contact were made

• Illness: If you are feeling ill days or even a week leading up to your appointment, please contact right away for a reschedule
