DEPOSIT & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable 
  • Appointments are limited up to two reschedules with at least 72 hours’ of notice; a third reschedule will require a new deposit. Rates may be subject to change upon rescheduling multiple times or beyond a year from the original date.
  • No Shows & Cancellations: If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice,  your deposit will be forfeited
  • Late: Arriving more than 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment is considered cancelled and forfeiture of your deposit.
  • If impactful changes are made to the original project on the day of your appointment,  it is considered a cancellation unless the artist agrees to the changes.  
  • Health & Safety (Covid-19): If you are feeling ill or have tested positive for covid-19, please do not come in the studio and immediately contact for a reschedule.  
    Symptoms: if you show any clear signs of sickness during the appointment, you may be asked to leave and your deposit will be forfeited.
